About Drylining
Drylining provides drylining for homeowners, landlords, builders, developers and commercial fit-out clients across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Drylining means lining walls and ceilings with plasterboard instead of applying wet plaster directly to the masonry. It is quicker, creates far less moisture, and can be decorated within days rather than weeks. It is also how most new internal partition walls, ceilings, loft conversions and extensions are built today.
We handle the whole job: advising on the right method and board for each wall, building metal or timber stud partitions, fixing boards by dot-and-dab or onto frames, adding insulation or acoustic layers where needed, and finishing with tape and joint or a full skim so the surface is ready to decorate.
